Deferred payment plan not received!

I requested an HSN charge card to buy the Entrance Notebook MT6460 which was marketed on HSN funnel on tv where cost could be delayed for just one year. I had been authorized for that charge card bill and also the notebook was obtained. They required funds nearly instantly! Before we were conscious of it-my consideration was shut, showing adversely on my credit history. Many efforts were designed to talk to the client support/selection division to obtain the reason my funds weren't delayed for just one years as guaranteed thru the ad using the purchase of the laptop that evening. No description has actually been provided. I'm just moved around to different divisions and that I haven't gotten a reason. Overdue fees have gathered. The notebook continues to be placed directly under my partners title and consideration because they proceed to demands the funds, not putting them about the twelve months deferment as advertised. I will no further phone or examine the issues about the consideration because it isn't any longer in my own name.
