I bought my HP Pavilion dv4-1225dx laptop laptop... inside the first a few months, I'd issues obtaining online... Talked using the customer support representative for horsepower, and after almost an hour or so they stated it had beennot the computer... And so I went thru my supplier plus they couldnt find something wrong using the link it was the computer... Therefore back to horsepower, plus they inform me they cant help me... Then another 3months moves and abruptly my notebook don't perform/study dvds or cds... I contact horsepower all over again, after operating assessments and a great deal of BS, they determined they couldnt help me, huge shock there huh? They said Because im still under guarantee (ive not had the notebook annually however) they needed me to remove my whole harddrive, but still couldnt describe the purpose of this... Then they inform me that they'll mail me another driver... So long as i provide them with my charge card data, cuz they'll send me the component, but when i dont have it within 15days and return the aged one in this time, identification be billed... I WOULD BE CHARGED?!?!?! It really appears to me just like a run around, providing the very fact thay they couldnt guarantee me that the part might actually be within that time. I've dropped any religion using their items and absolutely using their alleged support... in the centre of attempting to cope with this, the repetition disconnected me... WTF?!?!? I'll never purchase another horsepower something!!! Btw... I've a HP notebook available if anyones interested
