Purchased a set of Versace shoes, thought I'd a-60 day promise which Saks has. Several days after 60 days, used the sneakers once, plus they triggered discomfort down and up my thighs so poorly and blistered my toes so poorly I limped for days. Since I have bought thousands of bucks value of products from Saks per day, I requested the organization to consider the sneakers back to get a store credit. They said good. Sneakers were acquired by Saks.com, then 7 days later, I had been informed they're not providing me a shop credit along with a mistake was created. I had been accused of delivering from the sneakers in horrible situation with scuffs and scores throughout them. I told them-they were used for appoximately 5 hours within the town. They said I lied. The gold seal about the sneakers were still there. I had been voiced to therefore disrepectfully I had been surprised. Saks is just a location with no ounce of course. I documented t his towards the boot supervisor. No body might help me. Everybody moved me in one individual towards the different. After 3 months the sneakers are evidently returning. I can't think how raw and what liars Saks is. I used the sneakers for some hours just, and was charged of sporting them to death. Today I discover that the Revenue Assoc was conning and arrented within the Jewelry department. I noted them towards the BBB. Have not noticed anything yet. What a terrible shop to complete business with.
