Never recieved orde

I requested a set of Lynco Orthotics Athletic Sneakers on 6/15/09 from njsshoes.com, 2 weeks later I still do not have the sneakers. I e-mail & named many times and was possibly informed these were on backorder or they'd matter a reimbursement easily did not wish to delay. I request a refund and also the following day they explained the sneakers were available these days, but nonetheless no sneakers or reimbursement. This can be a complete rip off wherever they attempt to stall the costomer and not matter a return. I'm today coping with my charge card organization to try and get my cash back.
