Rude and unclear instructions - 2-day

Last week I order a tablet from amazon, which is shipped from amazon warehouse with ups service. Later that very same day, i found that I order the wrong version. Amazon can't cancel the order, but suggest me to reject the package when it deliver. I told my apt office to do so on my behalf, which the office failed to do so. I called up ups request a return to sender. The local ups warehouse called and confirm the information of "the location of the package", so I thought they are going to pick it up the next day, but they didn't. Then I called UPS again explained my situation, the reprsentive place another request. Within 5 mins, I receive a call from the local ups warehouse. The woman in the phone said she don't see anything wrong with the request, asked me why did I call up ups again. I explain to her and her respond is you have take it to the ups location, ups is not going to pick it up. The whole conversation is unpleasant, she is rude and sounds like I should know it better.

Here more to it, I drop it off at the ups location. I don't know if the some tracking will be use or will be assigned a new tracking, so I called ups, after the representive looked up my package, she asked did I drop off the package that had requested a pick up?
