Package still undelivered three weeks after first attempt

FedEx worst experience ever:

A delivery was attempted 3 weeks ago on Tuesday. I signed the ticket, and it was left on the door.

They were supposed to deliver again the next day but did not. I called and was told it would come in a couple of days. This happened 3 times over the last 3 weeks. I finally told them to leave it at the FedEx location and that I would pick it up.

I went to pick it up at that FedEx location but could not find the place. When I called customer service, they informed me it was at another location, refused to put me through to the local office, and put the package back into the delivery rotation.

I am still waiting for my package.
