Lost order, rude custemer service and no refund for the lost orde

I have purchased Vichy products online, from their official site for USA: www.VichyUSA.com. I have received an email that the order was shipped on 02/22. From this email I found out that the shipping address they put in their system for me is wrong. I live at 27 Marney St, Cambridge, MA 02141 and what they entered was 27 MARINE RD, BOSTON, MA 02127. When I called to ask them to change the address, they said that they will call FedEx before the package get all they way back to them. Apparently, nobody did anything after my call. The order was shipped back from the post office at the wrong zip code to somewhere in New Jersey and it was been there since March 3rd, for I don't know what reason. The tracking number for this package is 02185456350147812929 at the FedEx site. I called FedEx and the post office at the wrong zip code but they both gave me different information about the package current location and told me to call the shipper. I called Vichy at 1-877-37-VICHY. They were incredibly rude. I spoke with a person named Glenda, who told me that their system automatically enters the address and its not their fault that this happens. Also, she was awfully rude and dismissive and told me that I need to wait for them to receive the package back and change the address. I told her that the package must be lost because nobody knows where it is and from the tracking number it seems that it was been somewhere in NJ for more than a week. She did not know what was going on and made it clear that it is not her business. When I asked to talk to her supervisor she laughed at me and told me that all her supervisors are at a meeting. Then she told me that she will credit back the money to my credit card and will send an email in the next 2 hours. I got no email or refund. This woman took me as a joke I guess. Thank you for your time.
