Uhaul Ubox
Damaged items, misguiding, refusal to pay for insured items

Uhaul Ubox is a HUGE ripoff. Not only were we misguided by the Uhaul representative on the number of Uboxes needed, therefore having to leave approximately $2,000 worth of items at our previous home, about 90% of our items that actually made it to where we were going were damaged. And I don't mean scuffs and dings, our bedframe was shattered and there are chunks taken out of the furniture. We insured the boxes, and they now refuse to pay for the items, saying it isn't their problem the movers, who were booked on their website, broke the items.
