U-Box complaints review - UBOX Storage

Worst customer service experience in ages. Ubox of Auburn, WA picked up loaded box for transport to San Francisco for what was advertised when I made the reservation as a move estimated at 7 days, not 7 business days. Box didn't even get picked up from Auburn in that amount of time. They are now saying it is 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS (which apparently doesn't include Saturdays - despite Ubox being open for, you know, business) before the box reaches the local franchise in SF, plus an unknown and apparently unknowable number of days for them to get around to delivering it. I go on their website to check status and it's useless - telling me to call when I'm ready for the half-wits in Auburn to come pick it up.

Ugh! U-box might be great for local moves, but they are completely not set up for dealing with long-distance moves.
Quit trying to make a quick buck and set up the proper infrastructure to schedule and track these moves first, Uhaul.
