Customer Service lack of customer service

Skymall has no regard for customers, in my specific case i bought a product trough the web-site and decided to returned. To my surprise skymall returned the product back to me saying i have to returned to the manufacturer of the product. After I follow skymall customer services associates directions @ 1-800-SKYMALL (1-800-759-6255) on how to return my product the same thing happenned all over again... What kind of customer service is this, now i am stuck with this product that is worth $421.00 dollars and can't return to the merchant because they simply don't want to help their clients. I recomend you wait until buying anything from SkyMall ever again. Be wise save your money, your wallet will thank you.
