I bought a car in Fresno, California in 2006 from a car lot county financial services has harrased me since then. I was first told that I had to pay full coverage up to a year and send them proof that I had done so. Of course I could not afford to do so, so they added gap insurance to my car not so they say I have never received any kind of proof of this insurance that I am paying for 58 dollars a month to be exact I do have liabilty insurance since they put the gap insurance on my report.

I was in a car accident in 2007 and called the comapny no one ever came out to look at the damage all I was told to do is send in 500 dollars for a deductable I asked the company to provide me with the name and number of the insurance I am paying for still have not received it to this date. I currently have one more payment with the company and they are trying to get more money out of me saying that I owe them this money from other payments that were not paid in full and that is a lie.

I spoke with the manger Carlos and I was told that I could not prove that I paid them a dime and I corrected him and told him I have cancelled checks and western union receipts. This company is rude and our liers they have put on my credit report that my payment is higher then what it is and that I owe them for more months that is on my contract.
