UBox Nightmare

My son rented a UHaul Ubox in northern IL for shipment to Maryland, the only thing that went right was when it was delivered to our house and picked up from our house. I was flying down to help him unload 2 weeks later (more than the 7 business days required). Uhaul hadn't called to schedule the delivery in Maryland, after about 4 hours on the phone the day I was flying down they said they would have it there, they were sereral hours outside of the window they gave. The Ubox was unloaded within 24 hours of delivery and ready for pickup so we called. Well my son has called almost daily with the same answer of today or tomorrow. Today the very unprofessional answer was when we get around to it. It has been well over 2 weeks at this point and the apartment complex is justifably getting upset. The Ubox nightmare continues.
