Uhaul Ubox - UBOX Storage

My wife and I recently had to move to a new state and to avoid towing a car decided to give Uhaul s Ubox a try. The experience has been down right awful. We where told the service was very flexible and that we could have our boxes delivered any day Mon-Sat. Now that they have our money and our stuff we are being told they can't do Saturdays.

Then we request to have the boxes dropped off on the same day two hours apart (we don't have room for both at once). They can't do that either. They want to drop one off on Monday drop the second on Wednesday and pick it up the following Monday.

I didn't want the box sitting in my apartments parking lot for seven days so I offered to come down with a truck, take all of my small stuff and get the big stuff into one box. They couldn't do that. Apparently they didn't have a fork lift operator available.
They said they would deliver a box tomorrow and we said fine (we have been sleeping on the floor for 17 days). Later we received a call stating they could not deliver.
We asked to speak to a manager and where denied.
We asked to be given a truck free of charge to move our stuff since they can't do it. They said they would call us back but never did.
I really don't know what to do at this point other then flood the Internet with my story. I'll write a better one when I'm not typing on my phone (my modem is in my Ubox).
Avoid at all costs.
