Progressive specialty insurance co wife was sitting at red light struck from behind june 17car needs repaired they wont fix it bunch of liars

Progressive billed me 4 over 700.00 dollars 4 grand kids. One who has never drove a car and another one who was already a progressive customer. I told them about it and they said they would reduce it 2 254.00 dollars which i refused. But when i traded vehicles and had a refund coming they kept it all but 7.00 dollars. I complained 2 my agent she said she would look into it but never did anything. Stealing is stealing progressive is good at it. Are all businesses crooks from ceo 2 the agents.
