This man Rick Gokee is a heartless man I've seen his ads for motor home repairs. It says "I'm honest and reasonable" Reasonable maybe Honest now that's a joke. I called him about a 03 Chevy Venture he was selling. I asked all the regular questions. How does it run?"Great" Any issues I should know about my wife is pregant with our 4th and we really need a good reliable van. "No issues just some rust along the bottom." I can live with that he is asking 2800.00 it's not going to be perfect. So we drove almost 2 hrs to look at this van test drove it. Seemed to be a good running van. I asked about the engine. "new head gaskets new tires, NEW TRANSMISSION With warranty" So we said great sold. He took our money and was gone diapered into the house that should have be a clue. Well we get heading on our 2 hr drive and got thinking what about the warranty. I never got any paperwork on that so I called him and Rick said to me oh yeah text me your address and I'll send it right out. I did that 3 days go by no paperwork. I called again Rick says it's right here I forgot to send it. Ok 5-6 days now Transmission starts slipping I call again I really need this paperwork now the transmission is slipping. "Ok I'll send it right away" he says. It has been about a month and a half now still no paperwork will not answer my calls or text. AVOID this man at all cost so you can not have to go though the lies and costs We have to go though now. To stand there and bull faced lie to me and my 8 month pregnant wife is just rotten. If would have said it runs good never had a problem with it I could accept that. But don't lie about new transmissions and warranty's that don't exist.
