Ripoff even the elderly with grandbabies

Rick McGill Toyota is the lying, cheating, deceiving bunch of lowlife so-called salespeople. They traded my mom out of a 96 2-door Saturn perfectly good car into a 96 4-door she needed to take grandbabies around town. I notice a few things wrong they agreed to fix if she bought it but she also bought a $600.00 extended
warranty.

Come to find out the car needed a new engine they could
not fix and said they would not fix. They also said two days later her car was gone and sold at auction. So they wanted to trade her out from that car into another. After she looked at all their 90, s To 93 models that were junk and far from her year of 96 and did not want a car payment, because she had traded in a $5,000 trade
with $6.100.00 in cash with $600.00 of the cash being for extended motor transmission warranty. When they found a 96 dodge Status they said they bought off lot for her because all their cars were too expensive for her unless she could make payments.

I again checked over the car finding a transmission line leaking. They promised to fix it, wrong! Now we are 3 weeks into this deal and I work, and she was without a car, and they offered no loner. They wanted this deal to go away and after a quick fix and her needing a car she signed to this one they said her warranty on the other car would follow, wrong the leaking continued also oil burning and they would not do anything for us.

This was two years ago, the cars engine threw a rod. Not long ago, I told Rick McGill's Salesman that I would tell everyone who said the word car in a sentence my story and about their salespeople.By the way I called their higher-up manager and received a sorry nothing we can do!
