IMarinePower.com promises what you want, but sends you junk

Miscellaneous

After checking out the company iAutoEngine.com on the web and speaking to Leo Stock about buying a low mileage engine and its warranty, I decided to purchase a 2.2 engine for my 1998 Toyota Celica GT.
I paid $990.95 by debit card on 01/14/10. My mechanic received the engine 01/18/10. There was no paperwork warranty or vin number on the engine as Leo had told me there would be. There was only one tag attached to the engine which had the year of the engine 1997 with the condition marked as? (question mark).
My mechanic Rick put the engine into my car. After all his hard work, he was very disgusted when he called me to tell me the engine was bad, junk, with water in the oil and junk in the oil pan.
I called Leo Stock immediately. He told me I had to talk to Matthew the sales director. I called Matthew about the bad engine. He called my mechanic, Rick, and had him do a few tests on the engine and give him the results.
Matthew never called me back so I called him. Matthew told me that the engine definitely had serious problems.
Matthew told me not to worry because they pride themselves with their great customer service. He told me that he would ship a good engine plus pay for Rick's labor to take the bad engine out & put a good engine in my car, should only take a few days.
I really wanted a full refund plus paid labor for Rick to take the bad engine out. But I agreed to give them another chance. That was 02/04/10.
I spoke to Matthew about every other day waiting for a good engine. Matthew told me he shipped a good engine on 02/11/10 by 2 day guarantee delivery.
No Engine arrived!
Since then, Matthew and Leo both have refused to return my phone calls. I have called and left 2 messages a day. I have phone records to prove all my calls made.
I've lost all faith in them and their customer service. I work for the airlines, I need my car. This is completely unacceptable. I paid cash, no bad check,
I expected a good running low mileage engine as promised.
Now I want a full refund plus paid labor for Rick to remove the bad engine.
If they want the bad engine back, they have to pay labor for the engine to be removed plus pay for pickup & shipping for the bad engine.
