Ripoff unscrupulous transmission "repair" shoddy work destroys transmission in 7 mos

August took my 92 saturn in for a new clutch and transmission work. Told it would be $900.00 and take 3 days. 3 weeks later i pick it up, price is now $1,600.00 for a rebuilt transmission. At first part of april transmission is hard to shift again and grinding, took awile to get out of reverse. Called rick told him there was a problem and he told me too bad, he was not going to come look at the car. If i got to his shop he might look at it. I still had 5 mos. Left on the 1 year warranty. Towed car to his shop, took him 2 weeks before he got around to looking at it, now say it was my fault. He said transmission had a leak in it and had leaked fluid out and burned it up. He was'nt going to repair it.

I asked him how that was possible when there was NEVER any leakage of fluid under the car to alert me. I asked why would the transmission be leaking in the first place, had to be a bad transmission or seal and thats under the warranty. He refuses, im out car and money now.
