Winning Item on EBAY & then offering me less money

1 Hour Cash 4 Cars bid on my 07 Dodge Pick-up on Ebay, he bid twice and won. Even though Ebay provides a Car fax and I put Sold as Is in my ad, he still refuses to pay for the vehicle. He called me and offered me less money. Due to the fact that he did not read the car fax. He stated it is due to mileage not being actual on title.

All sellers need to beware of 1 Hour Cash 4 Cars. They say one thing and offer less. Ebay will not charge me my seller fees, but this buyer wasted 7 days of my time. He caused me to lose prospective buyers.

He raised his bid on my no reserve auction causing other buyers to see this and as a result they did not bid on my truck. He emailed me and said My assistant will get in touch with you to set up time to pick up truck and pay for truck. Then 2 days later after I emailed him several times and no response from him, I was able to find his Phone number online and I called them. That's when they returned my call and offered me less money.
