Hood damage

I went to your location 2547 S. State St Salt lake city, Utah 84115 for an oil change and allying meant about two weeks ago. One of employees put to suntan on my hood while closing. I took my car from shop and I just reached home and see I have dunes on my hood. I call at their business phone and left a message because they were closed. I waited till 11:00Am the day morning to get back to me but they did not. I went to the shop after 11:00am to spoke with their manage. First i spoke with their front desk lady and she denied and brought her manage. I spoke with him. He looked at the car and told me to get the estimate and get back to him. So I did get the estimate and get back to him the same day. He told he he will speak with his boss and give me a call. I did not receive any call from him. During that three week I several time stopped at him shop and apple with him. He told me always when ever he heart something from his boss he will give me a call. But he never did. Finally I stop at his shop yesterday and he told me to call him tomorrow. I called him today and he told me he came do any thing about it. His boss go through the vedio and told him its none of their employees fault. I asked him to give me his boss contact and he denied.
