I Payments
I payments is "holding" over $15000 from my business

Cars & Transport

After a few weeks of using I payments they categorize my business transactions as "high risk". Most of my business invoices are over 2k and consist of truck performance and accessories. After doing the work having received payment from the customer via credit card the customer leaves the shop happy with their truck and I dont get paid, because according to The Risk Department Im not allowed to run anything over $600.. Are you F*ing kidding me? We have been in business since 2006 and NEVER had a charge back! Then they proceed to call my customers most are return customers that we have dealt with for years and harass them about whether or not my business fraudulently ran their credit card. Long story short I have paid for all the parts and my employees labor for jobs and the money has been taken from the customers account but yet i cant have my money because im not allowed to run cards over $600 out of the blue. Why are people that have bullshit business like I payments allowed to F*k people over? Fortunately for us we have lawyers at our disposal from a well known fortune 500 company. I will get my money, and then some. Take my advice and everyone else's, do not deal with these crooked f*ks!
