This dealership is dishonest. I was a winning bidder on Ebay for a Ram 2500 no reserve auction. After getting info I sent $500 deposit (bank transfer only). Then they would not respond by email or phone. Ebay contacted them for me. Then the dealer e-mailed me that the transmission was bad now it is not for sale. Truck was still for sale on private dealership website so I had my daughter call as customer and they told her it is in perfect running condition. It has been almost 2 months and they refuse to return my $500 deposit or attempts to contact them. Ebay insurance is going to cover my deposit. They do business under 3 separate companies. One of them, Florida Cars Inc. Has an "F" rating on Better Business Bureau.
