Seller Charged Back 500 Dollars After Truck Sale Dispute

My eBay screen name is baystorefront, and I have been an eBay seller for 7 years. I sold a 2004 F250 to an eBay buyer, who paid a 500.00 deposit and picked up the truck at the airport he flew into, 30 miles from my house. He is a used car dealer! He signed all the paperwork stating the item was as described. Seventeen days later, PayPal informed me he had disputed the charge through his bank. His wife is a bank manager! I did not know this. He stated fraud and claimed he never purchased the truck. I faxed all the supporting paperwork to PayPal showing that he did purchase the truck. They asked me to fax proof, which I did 5 times. Now they state I owe them 500.00 dollars because the buyer is not collectible. I sold the truck on Jan. 6th, and 33 days later they are coming after me for 500.00 dollars! They are rude, and they claim PayPal has nothing to do with eBay. Hello, that is a lie.
As a seller, I will no longer sell on eBay. You cannot leave negative feedback for a buyer who does not pay or who lies about receiving the item. eBay and PayPal are now the worst site to sell on as a seller, trust me! They are now closing my account of 7 years and 1134 positive feedback because I refuse to play along with their abuse of sellers.
I recently purchased a natnast shirt for 195.00. I stated it was not as described, and I was refunded my money by PayPal, even though I knew that was not right. I contacted the seller to tell him what had just happened, to prove a point. He stated he has had 93 claims of the same nature and is not selling on eBay anymore. Trust me, sellers, eBay buyers are on to the scam. Please do not sell on eBay! You will lose out, and they do not care. Why can't sellers leave negative feedback for non-payers? Because it is good for stock ratings! eBay is a thing of the past!
See you in court!
