I've had nothign but poor encounters with this particular dealer. Originally I'd removed there to purchase a used Honda Civic Hybrid they'd outlined on the site. I also bought the guarantee including normal gas improvements and support included in the bundle. It appears the specialists within the support division aren't ready to check out easy instructions or reattaching components they eliminate to alter the gas. Twice I Have quit the support division with my splash-guard (plastic buffer which shields the undercarriage from exterior water) pulling on the floor. The 2nd period this occurred I merely required it towards the nearby Ford dealer and had them substitute the harm device, an expense I consumed individually.

I wrote their support supervisor a notice detailing my frustration within the support I'd obtained (2.5-hour delay period for that 'Quik Street' for an oil-change) and also the price their specialists had cost me. He merely ignored my issues and educated me that I really could create a scheduled appointment for support later on.
