Total warranty issue

The Ford nationwide customer support representative at 1 800-999-1009 stated that the entire guarantee support didn't protect the reattachment/alternative of the rubber product that is partially separate and hanging from below the leading bumper of the 2003 Honda Civic Sedan 4DR LX.
