I've been through the toughest expreience with frigidaire. I can't think that within this era a business could possibly get away with being so horrible in customer support, tech support team as well as in the manufacturing of the devices. 30 days after obtaining a completely new washer that will be still under guarantee - it ceased operating and also the customer support of both producer and also the specialists is really poor. They do not talk straight to one another which means you need to be the go between in order for them to organize them obtaining the spare-part and also the specialist visiting your home to repair the applying.

They've arrived at our location more than 7 occasions but still have not set it. They WOn't return the total amount or substitute it... They simply keep delivering more specialists who I believe are as ineffective whilst the device is.

DON'T BUY FROM THE CORPORATION. Not just does the equipment split but you'll need to invest weeks coping with inexperienced customer support, specialists etc. I want they'd simply come and consider the soft device away!
