Ad lost card policy - $100 Gift Card

I was in a gas station last night in syracuse, ny, I bought 10 dollars of gas. I left the card on the counter for

1 minute. It wasn't used before and was aa gift from my brother It was stolen and 85 dollars was used. American express send me to some guy in india who couldn't speak english. I went back to America to some supervisor who refused to give me my 100 gift card back. She said that I could get 3.80 back that was left on the card even that it was stolen. Whay a joke. Bad customer service and bad management.
Bad policy on stolen gift cards. How about putting a pin number on it. Then theives won't use it. Another corporate ripoff. Nothing for the cunsumer. These corporations should relocate to India
or China. They stink.
