Raymond Coley not ase certified lied stole cheated did not finish job wrong parts damaged my truck dishonest they have ad on craigslist avoid them

I live in Ocala, Florida and I own a 1992 f150 truck. I couldn't get the truck to start and it also had 4 dry rotted tires that went bad after it sat in the same spot for over 1 year. I figure I would hire a mobile mechanic to work on it instead of having to pay for a tow truck and have it brought to a garage. I went in Craiglist in Ocala, Florida and seen there ad. It said that they were ase certified and that they were a family owned business with 25 years experience. I waited for over 8 hours for this guy named Raymond Coley to show up. When he finally did, he told me he only had 1 hour to look at it. He opened up the hood and hit the battery with his palm and asked me if I had a hammer. After giving him one he banged on the starter and then told me I needed a new starter. He then asked me if I had a socket set and then he removed the starter and said he would be back in the morning. He did'nt get there until that afternoon.
