Ripoff oil change! No new oil!

My girlfriend took her car to have an oil change at the Wal-Mart off of Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd and spent almost $60 on a "high mileage" oil change. She recently took her car to get a check engine light looked at by a family mechanic, and the mechanic noticed the the oil filter was still old and appeared as if they had only topped off her oil in the engine, without replacing it. It is hard to find trustworthy mechanics. I guess our mistake for going to a walmart in the first place. Please be careful out there.
