Car proble, s after service

First of all you dont need very muxh experience to be a mechanic at walmart, after having the oil changed in owatonna minnesota we headed towards rochester which is about 30 miles away,

We didnt make it there as the mechanic didnt properly tighten the oil filter and all of the oil leaked out, after having the car towed to the walmart in rochester the manager there reported the problem to owatonna, washed our engine off and redid the oil change,

Since then we have had enough problems with our engine that we had to get rid of the car, bring a mechanic now for 40 years i do know what i am talking about, real mechanics do not work at walmart so it is buyer beware and we have never gotton any satisfaction out of walmart, take your car to a dealer ship with ase certified mechanics to know the job is getting done right
