Very rude customer service unprofessional scams you into owing more money doesn't do job at all

I took my vehicle to one stop auto to get repaired the work they said was done was not done at all my car is still doing the samething it was doing before i took it there. They are very unprofessional called my phone accusing me of not making a payment.
When i was making all my payments on time and was very rude to me sent me a invoice saying i was late on making a payment. Which i believed i wasn't later to find out that the first date they said my payment was do was not the actual due date it was an earlier date which made me late and now they are charging me late fees.
When i called to ask about the late fees i was yelled at disrespected he was being very sarcastic with me and hung up on me. That made me very angry in a professional business no one should be spoken to in that manner and treated that way no matter the circumstances
