Has Rude Customer Service Agents And Are Frauds Fraudulent auto finance company ripoff Dallas texas

I bought my car may. Everything was ok until I sent in my first payment which was a cashier check. Well they lost it and the harrassing calls started. My mom went to the bank got the copy and faxed it to auto one.

Finally they located the check. This happened about three time between may 02 and may 04. They have lost my checks I have had to pay stop payment fees and over the phone fees to pay my bill or they won't stop calling. I have asked for an extension to pay for my deposit of my new house and because I was switching new jobs and would be without pay for 2 weeks only. They said that was not considered a financial hardship even though I have great payment history. My paymwent is now late 2 days and they have started calling. They call early in the morning late at night at my work.

They are mean rude. I hate them. I am a goed person that pays my bills on time and they lose my payment and I have to pay an extra $70 on top of my payment because they supposedly lose my payments.

This is wrong. I want to bring a suit on this company how can I do this and who will help me?
