Overcharging late fees before a bill is due. When the bill arrives late charge fees always included not knowing if consumer will be late

Capitol one auto finance always includes late charge fees and when you send the fees with your payments they never give me any credit. Bills always includes money that I DO NOT owe for current payment not knowing if I will be late or not. If I'm not late the late fees never get deducted just keep adding up. When I known to be late the late fees are alway included with my payment. There has to be a law against business double charging late fee giving customer a bad name and credit. Please contact me on this complaint.
