Bought a 2004 Honda Accord, They guarenteed Mass Inspection, Windows Broke and Havent Fixed

Cars & Transport

I bought a 2004 Honda Accord Ex from him. I got a loan from a bank. Paid in full with a $350.00 deposit. They gave me reciepts of purchase with a Warranty and Guarenteed to pass Mass Inspection. I bought the vehicle almost 2 weeks ago and I need an inspection. The cars right front window doesnt work. It needs a window regulator.

They said they would fix it and i could take the car until the part comes in where they will call me when it does to fix it. Apparently the company they ordered the part from has sent them the wrong side window part twice. Seems like complete bull.

My car is due for inspection in a few days and a broken window doesnt pass inspection. So sense they havent replaced it yet im driving around with a window that doesnt go up or down. Everytime i call or come in there is a new story. I am trying to be patient but with inspection date coming up and the hassle it is of not having the window work is a real hassle for paying tolls, going through drive thrus or atms.

I dont know if i should call again or file a report because i have seen many bad reports on this place.
