The window pros they took parts of my window to get replacement parts and never returned. This was over 8 months ago

We purchased windows and they have a lifetime warranty. Approximately one year ago a repairman came to our home to repair a window. While working on the window he broke a part of the window and took the part to match it with a new part, When he left he told us not to open the window because it will fall and could hurt someone. We waited to hear from them but never did. Ifinally tried to get in touch with them only to find out they are no longer there and have no further information.

The Finelli Window Pros are still in business and I tried to get someone to come fix it. I have left messages at a Finelli Window place in another part of the state but they won't return my call.
