They are selling cars that will not pass state inspection because of major defaults. My understanding is that in order to sell a used car on a lot like that, the car has to pass some sort of inspection before being sold and they are selling cars to vulnerable people that will not pass. Cars that over heat the first day and that has no blinkers that work at all umongst other things. That is bad buisness. Can't drive the car because it wont pass inspection until It is fixed and getting into the steering column is extremly expensive.
