My dishwasher needed a repair and I wanted my washer and refrigerator to have a yearly check up too. I waited 3 weeks so that all this could be accomodated. The night before my appointment I did not receive a courtsey call. The following day I called to confirm the appointment. Yes a technician would repair the dishwasher and look at the washer. I asked about my frig and was told that an appointment for next week was scheduled. I didn't make that appointment and wasn't aware of the change! I feel like my time was not considered. A scheduler did try to send out a tech that day, but as it turned out he didn't show and I was left waiting with no tech, no call, no apology! The work the tech did was professional. The scheduling has a lot to do to improve, especially if a costumer sets aside a day to have all things addressed at once... I waited more than 3 weeks so this could happen.

So you can understand my distress. I also used the Sears chat on line service. I did not get any satisfaction and felt as if we weren't speaking the same language. Are they outsourced? I won't use that option again! Please don't take advantage of me or my time.
