Dishwasher repair appointment - Amana dishwashe

On 10/27 Sear Appliance Repair Service came to my home to repair my dishwasher. The technician determined I needed a part that he did not have in his truck. He order the part and I paid for it at that point. The part arrived 10/30. I paid a partial amount for the service call with the balance being due when her returned to complete the job. He scheduled to return 11/3 to finish the job. I called during the week to confirm the appointment and the 800 number representative informed me that they did not have me scheduled for 11/3.instead they had it scheduled for 11/10. I did not schedule for that Saturday because I was already scheduled to be out of town that weekend. Again, they could not schedule a Saturday service for me until after the Thanksgiving holiday. Today is 1/26 and I scheduled this appointment two weeks ago. The technician called me at 7:30am this morning and told me he was on his way and would be to my house in 30 minutes. It is now 5:53 pm. I have made 4 inquiries through the Sears website "blue service chat" The appointment was confirmed each time and I was promised someone would call me. I have not had one single phone call today other than the one at 7:30am and I have not left or done anything that would have caused me to not hear the doorbell or phone. I don't think this is good business practice and I am very upset. I have lost an entire day waiting, I'm sure it will be at least another two week wait to get someone here on a Saturday. I have NO way to be here on a weekday for a service call. I will have to call another business to get my dishwasher repaired and I won't waste my time calling Sears ever again.
