Ripoff on my so called 6 months insurance

I went in to buy a used car, and told my salesman, BILL GOLDRICK that the total price had to include 6 months full coverage insurance completeley paid in advance - I was starting a new job and wouldn' be able to afford to pay for full coverage for a while, and the car was being bought for me by my grandmother. The fact that i need the insurance paid with the price of the car was extremely clear. He said it was no problem, he could take care of it for me. He wrote up the sales contract, and told me the insurance was included in the total price of the car. I signed and took my car.

4 days later, I recieved a payment book in the mail saying that I owed $164.95/month and my first payment was due in a week. I called Bill, and he said no problem, he'd take care of it and call me back. Two hours later, no call from Bill, so I went in to talk to him. I got there, and he started playing dumb, saying that the insurance is my responsibility, and I'd just have to come up with the money. Now I'm screwed, and he doesn't care at all How the heck does this guy sleep at night?
