Wells Fargo Buyers Beware of Psycho Company Ripoff

Heres the deal, I purchased a vehicle in May. Unfortunately not even 4 months later I totaled the vehicle in an accident, but my son and I were ok. The car was completely totaled on Sept 1, and my payment was due on the 9th. Can you believe they actually wanted a payment from me? Not im sorry and are you okay? And yes I had full coverage insurance as well as gap coverage. They had already been in contact with my insurance company and knew the situation yet they decided it was ok to call my grandmother (Co-Signer) 20 times DAILY asking for money. And no they did not call me the person who actually went and bought the car not even once. So they got their payments from the insurance companies about 1 month after the wreck. I was not behind on payments at the time of the wreck and didnt owe any late fees, so everything should be paid right? WRONG-

These people still called my grandmother asking for a pathetic $197.03, and when I called to ask why and they said they couldnt give me any information cause I wasnt my grandmother. However, I'm the buyer on the contract and vehicle registration. And it was my insurance that paid them. Needless to say, they harassed her for about 6 months by phone, yet they never even sent one bill. I still do not know the reason for the fees even after they were contacted by my grandmother. So as of July I now have a "charge-off" on my credit report for $197.03. Can you believe this? This is a crazy company who harasses their customers. They are all about money money money, and dont care about calling a person 20 times a day for some "bs". Oh yeah and to make things worse they did eventually call my job but not my personal number. This whole situation was so ridiculous, I didn't even want to buy another car. But I did and financed it through mid-atlantic, and they are great!
