Ripoff, rude, worst kind of people to deal with, deceptive, dishonest, lying and more

It all started 3 months after our mortgage was sold to option One our insurance co. Raised our homeowners insurance so we shopped around we found a company that was $250.00 less so we notified option One insurance first we called 4 weeks before the bill was due and then send a letter stating we were changing insurance co. We called again 1 week before the due date and was told don't worry everything was taken care again the day before the bill was due we called just to make sure they didn't pay the old insurance co.

Well we were told the didn't have anything on file about changing insurance co. But the person we spoke to said she would stop the check to the old insurance co. As it was not sent we also told her we know the new insurance co. Sent option one a fax with the changes because they have a conformation.

Well a week later I checked my account and found out they paid my old insurance co. And the new insurance co. So we called and was told if we don't put $600.00 back in our escrow they would hane to raise our payment. They said it was our problem. Well it took 4 months to get our money back then they paid a $140.00 user fee to our county. I called the tax dept. And told them a user fee is not a tax and they should not pay the fee because I paid it 3 months before like I have always done for the past 9 years.

Well it took 4 months to get our money back. I have always made my payment to option one on the internet because I get a receipt and I always pay by the 3rd of the month. Well two months ago I made a payment like I always do well 10 days later I checked my bank account and found option one did not take their money.

So I called they said it was returned because of a wrong number. They lied. They said I could make a payment over the phone but it would cost $15.00. Well I had no choice. My payment was due in 2 days. What a rip off so I had enough. So we found a local mortgage co. And started a refinance.

Well the title co. Sent a request 10 days in advance for a pay off because I told them what a rip off co. Option one is. Well today 10 days later no payoff so I called option one; the girl I spoke to hung up on me. So I called back; I spoke to a man. He said they received a request yesterday not 10 days ago. I told him we have a fax confirmation. He hung up on me so I told the title co. No matter what I want option one paid off A.S.A.P.

I will not wait any longer I am sending a request to the States Attorney's office in Ca., Md. And the USA Attorney's office asking for a full investigation into the illegal practices option one is using such as taking money out of escrows accounts and then telling people they have to put it back even if it's their fault, for hanging up on people when they call and try to get help because they screwed up, I also intend to sue option one I will make sure people in Maryland will know to stay away from option one because they are CROOKS.
