Refuses to refund cash payment even though insurance has paid bill in full

I went to get my dentures relined by All Care Dental in July of 09. They claimed I did not show up in their computer with Humana Dental, my insurancer carrier. I paid for the relines in cash up front, knowing I had insurance, and with their assurance my money would be refunded once the insurance paid. When I got home, I called the insurance company, and was told I had full coverage.insurance paid them 09/10/09 and All Care cashed the insurance check on 09/21/09. They have since used every excuse in the book to stall and not give me my refund. I checked with the BBB in Cleveland, and they give them an F rating. I filed a complaint. I am now pursuong other avenues to get my refund. I would suggest anyone, to avoid All Care Dental. They are rip off artists.
