Terrible customer service!

After attempting to contact Monk 6 occasions about being over charged, I obtained 1 reaction weeks next requested me to contact declaring exactly what the problem was. I would previously approached them 2-3 occasions just before this concept detailing the problem in excellent depth (including client range, verification rules, times, etc.). Therefore, I AGAIN offered the data and also have yet to get an answer a few months later. Their customer support is horrible and that Iam ashamed using the scenario. I will HAPPILY spend twice the cash to a different organization that'll really handle me like a respected client with pride and regard.
