I requested an automobile seat on Amazon that was being offered through Infant Era. The cost was reduced, and so I named to verify that it had been the particular child car seat as previously mentioned on the webpage which the cost was appropriate. I had been informed that it had been the vehicle seat and also the cost was proper as previously mentioned on the site. I obtained a confirmation mail which mentioned that I'd requested an automobile seat. Three nights later I get a delivery verification from Infant Era declaring they delivered an automobile seat ADDRESS. I named equally Amazon and Infant Era, both handed the fault onto another. I had been also approached from the boss who explained it had been not their obligation the item was outlined incorrect. I move the run-around all day long. I don't suggest purchasing from their website because they have horrible customer support. I've worked in retail for quite some time and we'd not handle our clients because they do. We think that the client is definitely right and we take responsibility for the errors, particularly the most obvious ones. Exactly the same boss explained he understood of the oversight, but why did he not contact Amazon and just why did they not contact the clients when they understood of the apparent problem? No reality in advertising and false advertising.
