This company does not honor contracts

I restored my agreement with Kinetic Power on 1/25 and also have email verification. On 2/10, payment was transferred to Cirro power. I've an email from Kinetic dated 1/5 saying that the change was going to happen but that I did not need to do anything because my agreement might stay in position.

On 6/14 I went online to alter my type of cost and there is an email having said that my agreement had terminated. I named Cirro and talked to Jessica who'd horrible customer support abilities and fundamentally only kept saying that it had been not their problem since Kinetic had provided them the incorrect info. I requested to talk to a and he or she stated that they'd inform me the same. I insisted on talking with somebody and he or she set me on-hold to get a lengthy period simply to come back on and state there is nobody I really could keep in touch with and he or she might deliver them a note to contact me however they had 24-48 hours to contact me back, but no body actually called me.
