Terrible Customer Service

I'd recommend keeping away from Town Offers - SLC and all their suppliers/retailers. Their program is problematic plus they don't enjoy their clients. I obtained an answer phone today in the Assistant General Director attempting to manage my demand to recognize a certification I bought together, and he or she was extremely rude in my experience. She charged me to be reckless and HUNG-UP on me after I was attempting to request quality of the problem. This customer support was unprofessional also it surprises me that somebody in this large part of the organization might handle their client so badly. The corporation has fought a good deal previously and today it's apparent why. Please don’t get swept up within the same problem I did so.
