1. Approached Verizon to alter my telephone number to my new region rule, was informed it was not a problem however itis better to alter it about the 7th of the month so there will not be any prorated costs. Whichever, that is what I did so.

2. On February 7th, I approached VW again to alter my quantity, anything went good, driven telephone down after which again on, *228, worked excellent, offered out the brand new number to all my connections and affiliates.

3. Not able to get calls - WTF? Contact VW, they inform me THEY CAN'T repair it. What? It worked before, today they claim I've to possibly obtain a FRESH quantity or delay until the 8th of March once the new quantity may get into effect.

4. Annoyed I requested to end my agreement with no ETF, they declined! What on the planet occurred for their once outstanding customer support? They do not care when they shed me like a client - and that I've been a faithful client of theirs for more than 10 years. Really ashamed and unhappy. Cell support is restricted out below, perhaps I will simply employ a web-based support like Google Speech and also have a mobile phone for problems.

Verizon, you blew it, and from what I Have noticed online, your horrible and contradiction-in-conditions "Customer Support" is more prevalent than not.
