Did not deliver the pre arranged vehicle after money had been paid upfront

4Viprentacar Contract information number 85723 for Saturday the 16th of April.

Contract clearly stated that agreed vehicle (Porsche 911) would be delivered to hotel at 9am. After speaking to 4Viprentacar at around 10.30, they stated that the vehicle was to be delivered at 9pm that day. They then said they would get me another vehicle by 12 noon that day which I reluctantly agreed to. I waited till 12.30, and still no vehicle. I then arranged another vehicle through Hertz as time was running out as I only had that one full day in Fort Lauderdale before boarding a cruise the next day. They then finally rang at 2pm Saturday (5 hrs late) saying my vehicle was there (at the hotel). I told them no thanks, its too late, and I want a FULL refund. Im yet to be notified by anyone from 4Viprentacar, nor have they refunded one single cent of the $506.10 US I paid to them via my CC on the 6th April.
They also have my CC details which is a concern also.
