Ripoff dishonest fraudulent loan contract

I have notice that I have been making a payment on a vehicle that was not on the contract that I have signed with Bank One. (in April) I called Bank One to make a payment arrangement and I had to provide my vehicle type, year, and description and I keep giving my vehicle description that I have now. The customer services representative would not help me because I didnt have what she have on her computer information. So, I didnt bother with it again.

So, than the same thing happen again sometimes in 2006 or recently. I was working with my account associate again and she also had a different vin number and a vehicle description again. So, I let her know what type of vehicle I have now. And I requested for a research on my account to give me some sort of refund or credit to my account. I still paid for what I didnt have and they kept harrassing me to pick up my vechicle.

Is it too late to request for a research on my account and ask for a refund or a credit to my account. Since I gave away what type of vehicle I have now.
