Inaccurate Reporting, Not Providing Vehicle Resale Information

I purchased a vehicle through Americredit. I was not satisfied with the vehicle and purchased a newer vehicle within 45 days and Americredit agreed to assume a new loan. The dealership paid off the first vehicle in full.

After two months of owning the newer vehicle I surrendered the vehicle. The car was sold for more than full value.

Americredit will not supply me with the sales information of the vehicle. The vehicle was completely paid and Americredit has transferred a debt to their Calvary branch to collect over $3700, when they have been made whole on the vehicle.

The company probably received a hefty profit but still wants to gain more money from me. I have requested information on the vehicle sale as well as original sales contract and have not received a response from Americredit.

Calvary has responded requesting payment for a debt they cannot even validate. As a result, my credit report shows a charge off with no balance to Americredit but a balance owed to Calvary. Neither company can substantiate the debt and as a result I should not be held responsible.
